The We Just Buy Houses team consists of business partners Mark Irwin and Ken Buchholz. Mark and Ken met while playing basketball together in High School. They shared a passion for construction and real estate even during those early high school days. They worked summers for Mark’s father’s construction company and winters with Ken’s aunts real estate brokerage. The summer and winter gigs would continue through college helping both to learn the ins and outs of all things housing. A few years later their passion for Real Estate turned into a business partnership and the creation of We Just Buy Houses.
